SYMPTOMS
While retrieving feeds, the progress window will show new posts have been retrieved, but no folder is created in Outlook, and no new posts are stored.
CAUSE
This has been confirmed to be a problem in the versions of NewsGator listed above.
RESOLUTION
This problem was first fixed in NewsGator 2.0, service release 2.0.2.1, which is available from http://www.newsgator.com/downloads.aspx.
