Procedure

• Login to NewsGator Online
• Click Add Feeds
• Click URL & Import
• Click Import
• NewsGator Online supports importing from either a file on your computer or from a web address. Select the form field appropriate to your situation and click Import.
• Select the folders and feeds in the OPML that you wish to import and click Subscribe.

If you want to move feeds into new folders after importing, click My Settings | Organize Folders.
